Who It's For
Whether you run every week or haven't laced up in years, you're welcome here. Come along if you:
• Plan to start running, or build up from walking
• Walk for fitness and want to move more comfortably
• Want to run more efficiently
• Have a 5K, 10K, or longer race coming up
• Are returning to running after injury or time away
• Notice recurring aches or pains when you run
Pain Note
Running with pain?
An assessment with one of our physiotherapists can help alongside these sessions.
Each session focuses on one part of how you run. You'll work through technique exercises, then take a short lap of the school oval, running or walking, to feel what's changed.
What You'll Work On
- Awareness of how your body moves as you run.
- Education on the mechanics behind efficient running.
- Technique changes for your next run.
- Connection with other runners and walkers in the neighbourhood.
Topics change every week, from how your feet land to how your arms swing. We share each week's focus on Instagram.
