Prenatal Group Programs

Physiotherapist-led group sessions to support you during pregnancy

Core strength is not one-size-fits-all. Your core’s role—and the way it should be trained—changes significantly during pregnancy. As the body accommodates changes in posture, centre of gravity, joint mobility, breathing mechanics, and other growing physical and emotional demands, it shifts toward support, adaptability, and load transfer. With our qualified physiotherapist-led program, gain:

  • Efficient coordination between breath, trunk, and pelvic floor

  • Strategies to manage increasing load

  • Mobility, comfort, and confidence in your body

Understanding the Core: Prenatal Care vs Postnatal Care

Core strength is not one-size-fits-all.

The “core” is not just about your abdominal muscles. It is a coordinated system that includes the diaphragm, abdominal wall, pelvic floor, spine, hips, and nervous system. Pregnancy and postpartum recovery affect your core system in different ways, and need to be trained accordingly.

Our programs reflect these differences, ensuring that movement supports your body rather than working against it.
