Postpartum Core Program
Reconnect with your core. Rebuild strength. Restore confidence.
Physiotherapist-led postpartum group sessions for any stage after birth.
Starts November 4 · Wednesdays, 11:30am · 50 minutes · 6 weekly sessions
6 spots · Babies welcome · Led by Kobi Jack, registered physiotherapist
Join any time after a vaginal or caesarean birth, whether it's been weeks, months, or years. This program is a good fit if you're:
Who It's For
• Wondering when and how to return to exercise
• Wanting to rebuild strength with a physiotherapist's guidance
• Feeling like your core hasn't been the same since giving birth
• Noticing pelvic floor changes or abdominal separation
• Feeling the strain of lifting and carrying your little ones
• Planning a return to running, the gym, or other activities
Pain Note
Dealing with ongoing pain or discomfort?
A one-to-one session with one of our physiotherapists can help alongside the program.
Pregnancy and birth change how your core muscles coordinate, handle load, and support movement. Rebuilding starts with reconnecting those muscles, then gradually adding strength.
What You'll Work On
Each session combines education on how your core works and how to breathe with it, plus core training that progresses week by week.
