Kinesphere Therapy is located at street level/on the ground floor of Commercial Street.

Our clinic is wheelchair-accessible, and fitted with mobility-support rails, where appropriate.

Parking accessibility is the biggest barrier to visiting Kinesphere Therapy. (See parking FAQ, below.)

Unfortunately, we do not have dedicated patient parking at Kinesphere Therapy.

Commercial Street can be very busy at certain times of the day, which may mean you will need to find parking a block or two away.

2-hour parking is available on Commercial Street and the surrounding streets.

Please bring any medical and/or imaging reports that are relevant.

You will not be required to disrobe during your appointment, but you will be moving.

Therefore please wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Apart from jeans/denim/corduroy, most other clothing/fabric is suitable.

All appointments are 45 minutes, but you should allow for 60 minutes of your time.

If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you, you have the option to add yourself to a waitlist via your patient portal.

Kinesphere Therapy does not offer direct billing for extended health benefits plans. We require you to pay in full for all sessions on the day of your appointment.

All our therapists are licensed healthcare professionals, so you will be able to submit your receipts and claim your sessions if you do have extended health benefits.

Kinesphere Therapy is not affiliated with ICBC or WSBC.

However, we welcome ICBC patients with the understanding that they must pay for their sessions in full on the day of the appointment.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you miss an appointment, or do not provide us with 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your missed appointment.
