Community at Kinesphere
Move, learn, and give back with your East Van neighbours.
Alongside physiotherapy, we host community and online Pilates classes, educational talks, and running sessions, open to everyone.
Community Pilates
Monthly by-donation classes that support a local cause.
Community Talks
Quarterly no-cost talks on movement and health.
Running Biomechanics
Weekly no-cost drop-in sessions on how you run.
Online Pilates with Acuity
Twice-weekly live online classes from our sister studio.
Community Pilates
Once a month, one of our physiotherapists leads a by-donation Pilates class at our clinic on Commercial Street. It's a welcoming way to move with your neighbours and support a local cause.
The suggested donation is $25, which goes to support our community partners. You can donate by cash or card at the class.
