With 15+ years helping individuals achieve their recovery and performance goals, Heather works with patients of all ages and abilities—from athletes to seniors,
post-surgical to everyday movers—delivering personalized care focused on education, empowerment, and collaborative care.
Heather offers advanced, evidence-based treatment. Her treatment approach may include manual therapy, IMS (dry needling), Clinical Pilates, musculofascial release, and targeted movement re-education.
A lifelong athlete, Heather has competed in marathons and triathlons. She enjoys staying active with her family and can often be found cheering on her kids from the sidelines.
Maria developed a deep interest in anatomy and exercise physiology early in her career, and brings 25+ years of experience teaching and coaching to Kinesphere Therapy.
A broad range of clinical experiences has led Maria to complete post-graduate training in manual therapy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, meditation and clinical Pilates.
Maria’s integrated approach to therapy focuses on using movement-based principles to empower her patients to move freely and confidently towards their rehab goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find Maria enjoying the ocean and mountains, or preparing a delicious meal for family and friends.
Catherine Pham
Kobi Jack
Catherine brings a blend of clinical expertise, field hockey coaching experience, and a deep understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation, to support patients of all ages and abilities.
With a passion for movement as medicine, Catherine has a special interest in neurorehabilitation, including stroke recovery and Parkinson’s care. She has completed training in IMS, vestibular rehabilitation, pain science, spinal manipulation, and clinical Pilates.
Catherine’s approach is rooted in inclusivity, celebrating diverse bodies and abilities, and fostering a safe space for exploration.
When she’s not working, Catherine loves staying active with family and friends—surfing, mountain biking, split boarding—and exploring BC's beautiful landscapes with her dog, Layla.
With 20+ years experience as a physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor, Kobi's focus on movement as treatment gives her a unique perspective to support patients with chronic and complex issues.
Kobi focuses on educating her patients about their injuries, giving them the tools they need to self-manage, and empowering them to move comfortably and confidently beyond the confines of the clinic.
Beyond physiotherapy and clinical Pilates, Kobi has undertaken training in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, Bowen therapy, the Connect Therapy™ model, dry needling, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic nutrition.
Outside work, you’ll find Kobi hiking, biking, kayaking, dancing, gardening, reading, and admiring all the pets.
